December Fitness Testing

The Falcons have been working HARD this Fall and Wednesday they conquered "Puke Hill". 3 reps in 10:30 was a passing score. 7 passed in the initial testing and 17 passed Wednesday Led by Jakob Froehlich's 8:06 performance. Unreal progress by the guys.   Everyone finished and most had huge time decreases.
