Torrey Pines Foundation

The focus of the Torrey Pines High School Foundation, a 501-C-3 corporation founded in 1993, is to “support all students”. By providing state of the art technology and cutting edge programs, the Foundation promotes personal social growth, leadership and independence for ALL students. This program is called the “Support All Students” Fund. In addition, the Foundation is the legal and organizational core for coordinating parent and community fundraising as well as volunteer activities on campus.  More specifically, the fundraising and volunteer efforts of 50 different member groups including sports, arts and academics flow through the Foundation.  The San Dieguito Union High School District endorses the TPHS Foundation. However, as an independent entity from the district, the Foundation is able to foster and develop new financial resources and facilitate community and business partnerships that benefit all students.
