Chris is working hard at Sports Science Lab to improve conditioning, mechanics and strength. He invited Gregg and I to his workout. From here we will go onto the field to throw. A true professional, Chris is always looking to improve!

Love how you were able to identify your barriers to blogging and found a way to get past them with the same kind if coaching you will use with clients.

Nice sharing !!Liquids form a free surface (that is, a surface not created by the container) while gases do not. The distinction between solids and fluid is not entirely obvious. The distinction is made by evaluating the viscosity of the substance. Silly Putty can be considered to behave like a solid or a fluid, depending on the time period over which it is observed. It is best described as a viscoelastic fluid.
